We are currently expanding our team in KwaZulu-Natal and are seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses with theatre experience to join our esteemed workforce. 

Role Summary: 

As an Enrolled Nurse with theatre experience, you will play a critical role in supporting surgical teams within various healthcare settings across KwaZulu-Natal. This position requires a high level of professionalism, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients. 

• Assist in setting up the theatre for surgery. 

• Work closely with the surgical team to ensure all instruments and materials are available and sterile. 

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and communicate any concerns to the surgical team. 

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. 

• Adhere to all infection control protocols. 

Requirements: 

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC). 

• Proven theatre experience is essential. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work flexibly across different shifts, including nights and weekends, if required. 

• Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. 

• A team player with the ability to work under pressure.
