Your Role as an Occupational Health Nurse

As an Occupational Health Nurse with Ambition24hours, you will:

• Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health status. 

• Develop and implement health and safety programs in the workplace. 

• Provide health education and promote wellness among employees. 

• Manage workplace injuries and illnesses, ensuring proper care and rehabilitation. 

• Collaborate with employers to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

• An additional degree in Occupational Health (experienced nurses will be accepted too). 

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Occupational Health Nursing. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• A proactive approach to workplace health and safety.
